Over the last month I have been “asking” for votes to help me advance in the Next Top Spiritual Author Competition. It wasn’t easy for me to ask. Maybe it’s not easy for you, either.  It brought up all sorts of issues and feelings in me…beholden, obligated, imposing. Perhaps you share some of the same feelings that I experienced when I “asked” for a vote.  I did not see it as an equal energy exchange. I felt I was asking and giving nothing in return. I discounted myself, not realizing that perhaps I was offering a gift by the simple act of asking. Unlike the feeling of power in being the “giver” bestowing gifts upon others I felt sheepish, demure, cowering. I had become the unworthy beggar.

Until I realized… Asking carries a vibration of energy. In the process of asking for votes for the Next Top Spiritual Author competition I awakened to the “aha” moment of “Gift Given – Gift Received” − a term I used throughout my book, Journey OM, A Soul Journeyer’s Adventure. And, here it was again “Gift Given – Gift Received”  the guiding principle on my pilgrimage. This simple concept changed my perception in asking for a vote. And, it changed the results! Out of 2,800 participants in the Next Top Spiritual Author contest I am in the top 250.

Does how we ask influence what we receive? YES! 

• If we ask with the energy of imposing upon others the person will feel imposed upon.   
• If we ask with the energy of ‘taking” the person becomes wary of what he is giving away and becomes possessive and holds on. We both become restricted: I do not receive the vote, and the vibration shuts down their spirit of generosity in the person being asked.
• If we ask with the energy of not being worthy to receive someone’s assistance do we become the beggar? Do we give away our power?

What if our asking carries the vibration of opportunity to co-create? Opportunity knocking. What if our simple gesture of asking gives the person the opportunity to share their point of view expanding their knowing and wisdom?  Asking becomes a beautiful form of giving an opportunity of more grace.

Imagine if… every time we ask for someone’s help we express our request infused with the energy of offering them a gift; the gift of opening to the grace of generosity? What if every time we ask we are offering an opportunity to merge their energy with ours and join the swell of energy created by collaboration? Our asking allows their energy to ride the waves of energy created by a like-minded consciousness and move their projects exponentially into the field of possibility.  In this view, is it not a sacred gift to ask from others? And if we ask with the knowing that we are giving as well as receiving imagine the energy shift that occurs and the bountiful harvest we will receive from our requests?

When I began to ask in the spirit of giving it changed me and propelled my circle of friends to ask their friends and their friends to vote for me. Because I asked in the vibration of giving, their asking carried the vibration of generosity and my votes increased. How different the outcome would have been if I had remained the unworthy beggar imposing on others to take their vote and forever be beholden!

Now when I ask I carry the vibration of opportunity. It changes the spectrum of how I feel when I ask and how it is received. The stream of consciousness opens in co-celebration.

So once again I will be rallying your support and asking for you vote as I advance with 250 participants vying for the final twenty-five top positions in Round 2. Voting begins May 25^th. My life-long, best friend Mary recently faced the sudden passing of her brother, Jim. We’re never sure how a jolt to our emotional body will trigger our feelings, but we can almost be certain that the gift is disguised craftily and painfully. At best, we can only ask, “Why?”  

Sorrow? Anger? Regret? Fear? Remorse? Every misqualified emotion that we have ever created in all time comes up. For clearing.  If we allow our ego to gain hold these energies gain strength and seem to overpower our being. If, however, we prepare ourselves for this onslaught of illusion we can clear these feelings from our energy field once and forever. That is the gift in what we call tragedy.  That is the gift Jim left to his dear sister Mary, his family and his friends.

If we look beyond the illusion of the details of his so-called death and accept that either his contract was fulfilled or in God’s mercy his burden was lifted for this lifetime then we can trust that all is in the highest good; that God in His all-loving and all merciful Way has bestowed a gift upon Jim and us beyond our comprehension.

It is the Key of Trust that opens us to Peace. 

Peace is the state of Grace and Gratitude. It allows encountering and responding to life’s experiences with acceptance and compassion. Peace brings our inner Being of Divinity known as our I AM Presence into harmony with our outward conscious personality (ego). Peace opens the inner sanctum of Oneness. In harmony there is eternal Peace.

Mary, this message is one of Love and Peace for you. I wish you Peace All Ways and remain forever your best friend.

A Lesson  Learned on the Chief Joseph Trail
Journey OM, A Soul Journeyer’s Adventure

On the trail of my pilgrimage I awakened to being the “Divine Vessel for Thy Will to Flow Through.”  Starting out I had big plans to heal the wounds of the land and its people from 1877.  I quickly learned it wasn’t about healing the land, releasing karma (mine or others), or rectifying the misqualified deeds of history. Unless of course, I chose that to be my purpose. 
 
On my Journey OM pilgrimage, Chief Joseph taught me that all paths lead to One and of our free will we decide which trail we take. There are many paths to Oneness and all are the RIGHT path. Only the experience will be different depending on choice. Choose wisely.

One pathway is of searching and purifying−Release.  One pathway is the realization that all gifts have already been given− Receive.

I discovered the choice to Release is a limited view, holding a much lower vibration than simply opening to Receive the gifts of the Universe.  Releasing and Receiving don’t mix. They simply are different frequencies. The path of Release requires you to be in the identity of your physical form.  The path of Receive requires you to embrace your Divinity.

Think of Release and Receive as two mountain trails.  

The path of Release requires keeping your eye on the trail, watching your every step to avoid tripping, being ever vigilant to avoid the rocks and pitfalls. On the path of Release you will see only the footprints of those who have gone before you; others’ footprints− their blueprint− not your divine blueprint. You will be so busy following the trail; you’re unable to look upward for chance of stumbling. You will not see the blue sky, the birds soaring and the trees swaying.  If you choose the path of Release it is an eternal path of purification; a path of many miles that seemingly never ends. 

The path of  Receiving is one of walking in our Light, looking skyward and seeing the hawk soar, and the clouds dance. The path of Receive is to be who we are in our pure God essence, beyond this fleeting, transient identity, when we fully embrace your I AM Presence and our God Self. Receiving is simply opening our arms as wide as we are able, breathing in the breath of life, gazing skyward and simply dancing in the rain of endless abundance.

Both trails, Release and Receive are littered with diamonds. Your journey can be one of Release − digging and searching for the rare, sacred jewel through layers of rock and dirt. Or Receiving− scooping diamonds by the handful strewn along the trail.  Why dig when with a simple change in perception you can scoop diamonds by the shovelful?  

You can choose your journey to be one of healing− another great masquerader of Release. But healing is hard work. It’s choicefully walking into areas of pain, suffering and lack. Consider for a moment that perhaps God is providing you a reprieve in this lifetime and asking you to  Receive luminescent joy and bliss − scooping the diamonds instead of digging for the buried one.

Things we think need “Releasing” are illusions, third dimension creations. In God’s Truth of Love and Light they don’t exist. Unless, of course, we believe they exist. And then they need to be Released.   

Sometimes you will find yourself on the path of Release and you’ll feel it. We’ve been duped into thinking that we must work hard and pay our dues to achieve greatness. “Work hard” and “pay up” are not the language of God. When you experience the path of Receiving you will know it by the grace of Peace.  Receive or Release. That will be your choice every step of the way and your life’s experience will reflect that choice in every moment.

When Caroline Myss said, “It is very risky to speak on behalf of God…but it is possible to speak with integrity of our own experiences with the God who has come to us individually,” I felt she was speaking directly to me.

I struggle with what to share with others and what to hold precious as simply my “made-up” view of reality.  We all try to make sense of situations and life circumstance so we can live happily, healthily and in the pure joy of creative expression. We find ways to understand the deeper meaning in times of tragedy and sorrow so we can receive these challenging occurrences as gifts and not misfortune.

It wasn’t my intention to write and publish Journey OM, A Soul Journeyer’s Adventure and yet it simply happened. I was on my personal journey of self discovery when I was inspired to share. It just was. My creativity came forth in an unimaginable way and now I await the book’s release in a few short weeks. It wasn’t my intention to write blogs and share my story of transformation, moving from a carbon body to a crystalline structure, navigating the ascension process, transcending the 3^rd dimensional illusion to discovering my galactic, cosmic and universal being in the higher dimensions and yet, here I am.

I will share my transcendence – “my own experiences with the God who has come to me individually” – with you.  In future blogs I will tell of the practices and processes  that transformed my limited consciousness mired in fear, doubt, unrest and the feelings of abandonment  to a state of peace and grace; a place so rarified that I am in awe of each moment as it unfolds. I have arrived at a place of trust where every event –  innocuous or global – is a gift, sometimes in the most hideous of disguise, but a gift all the same.  It hasn’t always been that way for me. Maybe it is not that way for you now. So if my story helps you on your ascension path I am happy to serve. It is just my story.

We all know who we are. Our name, our gender and physical appearance, family, career and belief systems all shape our identity. However, if we look beyond this physical identity, beyond this one moment in time we open to the possibility that we are eternal spiritual beings simply enjoying the experience of life on Earth. Our soul lineage transcends space and time. Who we are today is only one incarnation of many hundreds of lifetimes.  It is useful and insightful to discover our past lives through past life regression sessions or gifted spiritual channels. These rememberings often provide meaning to our present life experiences.

On my recent pilgrimage re-crossing the historical Chief Joseph Trail through Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana I learned about Chief Joseph and his lifetime in the late 1800s as the famous Chief of Peace and leader of the Nez Perce. Historically, he led his people on the sorrowful 1200 mile exodus in 1877 in their pursuit of freedom as they were driven from their homeland by the US cavalry.  Most amazingly, I discovered who Chief Joseph truly is as a Spiritual Being .

Who is Chief Joseph beyond this set time in history? What prior lives did he live to prepare him for such a prophetic life in the 1800s?

Spiritual research links Chief Joseph to the Ascended Master St. Germain. St. Germain is one of greatest examples of selfless love and service for mankind. His endeavors to free us of the illusion of war and hatred, poverty and scarcity, illness and death date back 70,000 years.  Today his presence is all too evident as our lives accelerate into the higher frequencies of 5^th dimensional consciousness.

In addition to incarnating as Chief Joseph, St. Germain is also known to be the incarnation of Joseph, the husband of Mother Mary and guardian of Jesus. He also embodied as Merlin the great alchemist and Christopher Columbus.   His soul essence is also attributed to Francis Bacon, the English philosopher and writer credited for composing the plays of William Shakespeare. And most recently he appeared as the Comte de Saint Germain, a miraculous person of great wealth who dazzled the courts of 18th century Europe effecting change in bringing about greater harmony and cooperation between the nations of Europe.  There is a common thread weaving the many lifetimes of St. Germain to Chief Joseph; that of the wayshower of peace, the protector of mother and child and the eloquent voice for his people .

While on my pilgrimage retracing the steps of Chief Joseph I experienced inconceivable phenomena that my rational mind could not comprehend. I share this incredible journey in my soon-to-be-released book, Journey OM, A Soul Journeyer’s Adventure. It is a story of Chief Joseph and the pathway of peace he created for all of mankind to follow.
