Between Light and Shadow: Black, white, and shades of grey. Neutral without hue. The intangible nothingness created by Light and shadow. Lost in time at forest’s edge. White-washed by day’s fading light? Or shifting into the black of night? “Between Light and Shadow” is created from layers of pure and pigmented beeswax and demar resin. Each layer is fused with heat to the layer below merging and blending into grey tones and hues.
